Boxing training is a great way to Get lean and mean!The training covers all over body conditioning and will improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, stamina, co-ordination and power. The benefits of boxing training crossover to help you lose weight, improve sports performance and helps to keep your training time effective and exhilarating.    Boxing will also help you raise your self confidence placing you in a positive mental state and helps to maintain your focus on your fitness goals. Training methods include - but are not restricted to - skipping, shadow boxing, pad work and bodyweight exercises. Please note, this is a ‘boxing for fitness’ session aimed at novices, beginners and intermediate levels.
