My sole aim is to help you to realise your fitness goal. Whatever that goal maybe - Weight-loss, Strength Training, Sports Performance, Postural Correction, Injury Rehab - I will devise a progressive exercise plan to enable you to Achieve your goal, to Maintain your condition and to give you the Confidence to continually improve and enable a positive mind-set. I'm here to enable you to create a positive gym persona.
Through my experience as an athlete I have relied upon three core disciplines to nurture success. Nutrition, Strength Conditioning and Cardiovascular Health.
'Welcome to Ball-Ache! Your personalised, progressive and targeted on-line gym plan. Whatever your goal we can create the perfect plan for you to follow over the next eight weeks! Each exercise is accompanied by a video of how to perform it with the correct form. There is also the amount of reps and sets you should undertake, the weight you should lift and the period of rest between set. Simple to follow and targeted towards your goal.
